Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pantry Items and Gift Packs

We want to ensure you enjoy your Allpress Olive Grove purchase, so if you have any concerns or things weren’t what you expected, please let us know.

Please note: We don’t generally refund orders for change-of-mind or because something isn’t to your taste, but if there’s a quality issue, we will make it right. We’ll meet our legal obligations around refunds and returns.

All orders are final and goods will be shipped as per the order form, so please ensure you double-check your details prior to submitting your order. If you’ve made a mistake and noticed once you have submitted your order, drop us an email and we’ll do our best to make any required changes.

Additional considerations:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Plus, you’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

To start a ‘return’, please contact us at orders@allpressolivegroves.co.nz

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund to you.
